The Three Hares of Corfe Mullen

A visit to see the Three Hares boss in the pretty church of St Hubert's at Corfe Mullen near Poole in Dorset.

Snowdrops

It is lovely to see the first snowdrops of spring, these are in the graveyard at Sampford Courtenay. The beautiful church is on my Three Hares Trail and it has two fine roof bosses of the hares as well as may other interesting bosses, it is well worth a visit.

"ETERNITY" Mugs

I now have these lovely "Eternity" mugs with my design and poem on them. The poem reads
In black and white for all to see
Moon hares running, running free
Joined by their ears for eternity
Appearing as six but only three
I also have the original Watercolour framed and on display in my gallery Ludgate Fine Art in Chagford plus some smaller prints.

THREE HARES TALK

At Upton Pyne Village Hall on Fri 14th of November there is going to be a talk on the Three Hares by Tom Greeves and also a Devon Supper. This should be a really interesting evening.

Harvest Moon

I took this picture of the wonderful Harvest Moon this week, it was so beautiful and an amazing orange colour looking as if it was lit from inside, and just so huge! It is an image I love to paint and have captured it quite well I think in my paintings of the Three Hares.
